  2. Select Kuwait domain 

  3. Tap on ‘Chalet’ on the home screen

  4. Go through a variety of chalets we offer and choose the one that suits you best

  5. Click on ‘Chat to Book’ button 

That’s it, discuss with our support/ reservation team on WhatsApp and they will assist you and book the chalet for you!

You can pay for your chalet booking through a payment link that you will receive on your email ID and WhatsApp number.

Yes, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Mail shortly after the payment is done. It includes all your chalet booking details on your email ID.

Yes, chalet booking is currently available only in Kuwait, but the good news is that we are going to launch chalets on all domains soon.

Yes, we will hold your chalet reservation if you pay a deposit amount.

Please Note: This service is available only for select chalets and cannot be guaranteed.

The balance amount can be paid at your convenience but please make a note that thelast day of payment is a week prior to the check-in date. 

Yes, you can visit the chalet that you wish to book. The visit can however be scheduled on certain days and times as per the availability of the chalet. Our support/ reservation team will gladly assist you to schedule a visit.

The deposit is a non-refundable amount. There won’t be any refund in case of cancellation of the booking.

Yes, the insurance amount is refunded at the end of the stay period. The refund process may however take 2 - 7 working days and is credited to the account that was used for chalet booking. 

Please note: In case of repair requirements arising from damages in the leased premises during your stay, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Yes, the chalets can be rented only by families.

Yes, chalet cancellation is available with partial refund only till a certain time frame as per the chalet policies. Post that duration, any cancellation made will lead to forfeit of the entire amount. Our support/ reservation team will assist you through the cancellation procedure and clear your refund doubts.

We offer 3 packages, 

  • Weekend (from Thursday till Saturday), 
  • Weekday (from Sunday till Wednesday)
  • Full week (from Sunday till Saturday).

Yes, based on the availability and chalet policies, a chalet can be booked for a day. Please get in touch with our support/reservation team on WhatsApp, and they will assist you for the same.

Yes, based on the availability and chalet policies, a chalet can be booked for longer durations. Please get in touch with our support/reservation team on WhatsApp, and they will assist you for the same.

The check in time is at 14:00 whereas the check out is at 10:00, for further information or additional requests you can check with our support/reservation team.

Please Note: The check-in and check-out timings for chalets may vary, please confirm with the team before booking.

You can provide your Civil ID card copy or any other identification proof to us for the booking and keep it handy to display it at the chalet as well.

No, the chalet guests are prohibited from bringing any kind of animals or birds, whether they are pets or otherwise.
