UM Airlines Booking Classes

UM Airlines booking is available for two travel classes only - The economy and the premium economy class.

Economy class - These are standard seats with excellent service. Passengers can choose their preferred seats (front/back/window/aisle) and select from the wide and spacious leather seating and enjoy the range of on board services by paying a nominal fee.

Premium economy class - Comfortable seats with spacious leg room and international standard service.

UM Airlines Online Check In

UM Airlines online check in facility is available and passengers can print boarding pass from home or office to skip long queues at the airport. UM Airlines web check in permits all customers to check in their luggage too in advance and choose seat on board.

The UM Airlines online check in facility opens from24 hours to 3 hours before the flight departure.

UM Airlines Airport Check In

UM Airlines recommend passengers to check in well in advance. Passengers with luggage should check in at least 2 hours before and without luggage can check in 1 hour before.

Checked baggage

The maximum weight of checked baggage, except for flights that run to / from Canada / USA, US Territories:

The premium economy class passengers are allowed to carry 30kg while the passengers in economy class are permitted to carry 20kg.

Infants (children under the age of 2 years), are allowed to carry one piece of baggage not exceeding 10 kg in weight. This weight is in addition to 1 pushchair or 1 baby portable cart that can be placed in the cabin.

People with disabilities are free to carry one wheelchair per person and / or other necessary accessories, from which it is physically dependent.

Hand baggage

The passengers in premium economy class are permitted to carry 1 piece of hand baggage. The dimensions should not exceed 55 x 40 x 20 cm and the weight not more than 10kg.

The passengers in economy class are permitted to carry 1 piece of hand baggage. The dimensions should not exceed 55 x 40 x 20 cm and weight not more than 5kg.
